Overview:

  • Contribute as a Lead Full Stack Developer and must take delivery accountability and guide/mentor junior developers in the team
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers and other business stakeholders across various time zones via Slack, GitHub comments, documents, and frequent video conferences
  • Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
  • Overall 7+ years of experience leading, or playing a critical role in product development
  • Strong experience in some of the following technologies is highly desirable: React, , Python, PostgresSQL or MySQL
  • Handson experience with design and development of scalable web services and platforms.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS/GCP and CI/CD solutions like Jenkins, CircleCI, or others.
  • Must have Kubernetes and Docker experience in building, delivering, and scaling containerized apps.
  • Experience with Conversational AI platforms such as Google Dialogflow, CCAI, or others are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
  • Very strong interpersonal, facilitation, teambuilding, and leadership skills along with effective communication (both written and verbal) skills and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise way, ability to influence and develop relationships with key partners
