Job Description:

  • Seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Subject Matter Expert proficient in Integration (API/Extract), Fast Formula & Reporting tools.
  • Assess client needs and offer design solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Customize and configure Fusion HCM applications to meet client business processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions as required.
  • Lead data migration tasks, ensuring accurate transfer of data to Fusion HCM.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate Fusion HCM with other systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members.
  • Keep abreast of Oracle Fusion HCM updates and best practices.
  • Ensure team adherence to SOPs such as Change Management and Coding Standards.
  • Requires formal education and expertise in a professional, sales, or technical field.
  • Capable of self-guided work.
  • A college or university degree is mandatory.
