Job Description:

  • Candidate should be an expert in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, specializing in Integration (API/Extract), Fast Formula & Reporting tools.
  • Analyze client needs and propose design solutions using Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Customize and configure Fusion HCM applications to align with client processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions as required.
  • Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to Fusion HCM.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate Fusion HCM with other systems.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM updates and best practices.
  • Ensure team compliance with SOPs and standards.
  • Formal education and expertise in professional or technical areas required.
  • Independently perform technical tasks.
  • Contribute to and manage projects, offering recommendations based on expertise.
  • Interact with key stakeholders and use previous knowledge to achieve results.
  • Complete work autonomously.
  • Minimum requirement: College or university degree.
