Job Track Description:

Collaborate with Business Users to understand business requirements and translate them into techno-functional solutions with impact analysis using Oracle Fusion HCM.Collaborate with cross-techno-functional teams to integrate Fusion HCM with other enterprise systems.

Create detailed Business Requirement documents and other documents part of Change Management Process.
Customize and configure Fusion HCM applications to align with client business processes.
Perform data migration activities using relevant tools.
Experince/Knowledge on supporting Organizational Audit.
Stay updated with Oracle Fusion HCM updates, best practices and actively participate in quarterly release.
Familiar on Page composer and HCM experience design Studio by using sandbox.
Familiar with Auto complete rules and workflow rules.
Provide on-time functional support/fixes.
Requires formal education and relevant expertise in a professional, functional, or technical area.
Performs functional-based activities.
Contributes to and manages projects.
Uses deductive reasoning to solve problems and make recommendations.
Interfaces with and influences key stakeholders.
Leverages previous knowledge and expertise to achieve results.
Ability to complete work self-guided.
A college or university degree required.
