governs overseesexecutes and continually optimizes our authorization processesserving Merck s complex ERP landscape (major ERP systemssatellites) including the creation/update/maintenance of relatedinternal quality documents (e.g.

Standards/Procedures) governs overseesmaintains and continually optimizes (e.g. harmonizes / complements/ improves) our ERP Access Controls and Process Controls relatedtools landscape (e.g.

SAP GRC and/or other tools) and lead related(sub) projects secures that stateof the art / compliant Segregation of Duties mechanisms aresystematically implememented and maintained across our ERPlandscape (e.g.

SoD conflicts being prevented where possible andotherwise identified monitored and relarted risks beingmitigated) reviewsand pushes towards contunial imprvement of existingcontrols acts asthe single point of contact (SPOC) for requests etc.

related toauthorizaitons in assigned focus areas (e.g. Finance ControllingAccounts PayablePurchasing)develops SAP scripts (e.g. Winshuttle scripts) supporting assignedfocus areas (e.g. Finance Controlling Accounts PayablePurchasing)collaborates with functions project teams SAP moduleexperts SAPdevelopers stakeholders in different parts of the organization(e.g. in country and/or service organizations) etc. on all AccessControls / Process Controls relatedmatters acts aslink / builds the bridge between Business and IT e.

understandsand transalates business requirements into ITrelatedlanguage/requirements and vicevera leads andcontributes to improvement initiatives and projects e.g.

withservice deliveryunit leads orcontributes to the development of an integrated ERP Access ContrrolStrategy and/or its implementation; In that:
may lead parts of andcontributes to ERP implementations ERP upgrades etc.

and securesSoD conflict free setups right from thestart builds andmaintains an active ERP Access Control community ofpractice) communication around thetopic)educates/guides/orchestrates/coordinates ERP Access ControlSPOCs (singlepoints of contactcs nominated across other departments/businessunits) acts asmain/single point of contact for ERP Access Control in case ofinternal and externalaudits/inspectionsWho youare: Bachelor s degreeor equivalent in computer science engineering or related field Minimum of 3 yearswork experience with SAP Authorizations in one or more larger scalecompanies / a global setup (SAP S4 ECC Fiori etc.) Strongunderstanding of SAP GRC Access Control and experience in AccessRisk Analysis (ARA) Access Request Management (ARM) and EmergencyAccess Management (EAM)Experience with Audit Controls and Segregation ofDuties.

Experiencewith ERP/SAP system design configuration customization integrationtesting training and supportUnderstanding of SAP GRC Process Control in relation torisk and control documentation andhandling.

Goodunderstanding / experience with Finance / Procurement processes andSAP module(s).Experience with SAP scripting (e.g. Winshuttle aplus)
