Job Description for Senior DynamicsCRM/365 Developer

As a Senior CRMDynamics Developer your role will involve designing developing andcustomizing CRM solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics platform.You will work closely with clients and crossfunctional teams togather requirements implement CRM functionalities and providetechnical expertise.

Responsibilities:

Designingand developing customized CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics365 or earlier versions.

Collaborating withclients and stakeholders to gather and analyze businessrequirements translating them into technicalspecifications.

Configuring and customizing CRMentities workflows business rules and other components to meet thespecific needs of clients.

Writing cleanefficient and maintainable code using languages such as C#JavaScript and TypeScript.

Integrating CRMsolutions with other systems such as ERP systems external databasesand thirdparty applications.

Developing andimplementing data migration and integration strategies to ensuresmooth data transfer andsynchronization.

Providing technical guidance andmentorship to junior developers reviewing their code and ensuringadherence to best practices and codingstandards.

Troubleshooting and debugging CRMsolutions identifying and resolving technical issues in a timelymanner.

Collaborating with crossfunctional teamsincluding business analysts project managers and quality assurancetesters to deliver highquality CRM solutions on time and withinbudget.

Staying up to date with the latestdevelopments in Microsoft Dynamics CRM attending training sessionsand conferences and sharing knowledge with theteam.

Requirements:

Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a relatedfield.

Extensive experience (7 years) indeveloping CRM solutions using Microsoft DynamicsCRM/365.

Strong proficiency in programminglanguages such as C# JavaScript andTypeScript.

Indepth knowledge of the MicrosoftDynamics platform including customization configuration anddevelopment using SDK XRMToolbox and other relevanttools.

Experience with CRM integration techniquessuch as Web services (REST SOAP) plugins and customworkflows.

Familiarity with frontend technologiessuch as HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. AngularReact).

Solid understanding of database conceptsand experience working with SQL Server or other relationaldatabases and nonrelational databases.

Knowledgeof cloud platforms (e.g. Azure) and experience with Azure LogicApps Azure Functions or other related technologies is aplus.

Excellent problemsolving and analyticalskills with the ability to design and implement scalable CRMsolutions.

Strong communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to work effectively with clientsstakeholders and crossfunctionalteams.

Enthusiasm toward technology passionatecontinual learner.

Agile (scrum)experience.

Power App development experience is aplus.

Shift Timings: UK time zone( 2 pm to10pm/11 pm)
