We are seeking a highly motivated andexperienced Solution Architect to join our growing team. In thisrole you will play a pivotal role in designing developing andimplementing a secure and scalable platform that serves as thefoundation for our cuttingedge applications. You will also beresponsible for architecting and overseeing the development ofthose applications ensuring they align with business needstechnical feasibility and longterm vision.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand business needs and translate them into actionabletechnical requirements.
  • Design and document asecure scalable and maintainable platform architecture that meetsperformance scalability and security objectives.
  • Select and implement appropriate technologiesfor platform development considering factors like cloud platformsAPIs databases and containerization.
  • Lead theapplication development process defining architecture APIs anddevelopment standards for applications built on the platform.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensureapplications adhere to architectural guidelines and best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize theplatform and applications for performance scalability and security.
  • Stay uptodate on the latest trends andtechnologies in platform and application development.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship todevelopment teams.

TechnicalSkills:
  • Deepunderstanding of software design languages and architecture: Thisincludes knowledge of various programming languages frameworks anddesign patterns used to build modern applications.
  • Platform expertise: Solution architects needto be familiar with different cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) andonpremise infrastructure solutions.
  • Securityawareness: Security is paramount in todays IT landscape. Solutionarchitects should have a strong understanding of securityprinciples and best practices to design secure platforms andapplications.
  • Experience with DevOpsprinciples: Understanding how development and operations worktogether is crucial for designing solutions that are maintainableand scalable.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as aSolution Architect or similar technical leadership role.
  • Proven experience in designing and buildingscalable secure and maintainable software platforms.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS AzureGCP) is a strong plus.
  • Indepth knowledge ofapplication development methodologies (Agile Waterfall).
  • Experience with various programming languagesand frameworks.
  • Excellent communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to bridge the gap betweentechnical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Strongproblemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of a team.
