Heres a breakdown of some ofthe keyresponsibilities:RequirementGathering: Collaborate withclients to understand their business needs objectives andrequirements.Conductworkshops interviews and meetings to gather detailedrequirements.Documentrequirements in a clear and concisemanner. SolutionDesign: Translate businessrequirements into technical solutions leveraging Salesforceplatformcapabilities.Designscalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with industrybest practices and clientgoals.Createtechnical design documents outlining system architecture datamodels integrations andcustomizations. ClientFacingCommunication: Serve as theprimary point of contact between the client and the projectteam.Conductregular meetings with clients to discuss project status gatherfeedback and addressconcerns.Presentsolution designs and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear andunderstandablemanner. TechnicalLeadership: Provide technicalleadership and guidance to development teams throughout the projectlifecycle.Collaboratewith developers administrators and other stakeholders to ensure thesuccessful implementation ofsolutions.Conductcode reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and adherenceto bestpractices. CustomizationandConfiguration: ConfigureSalesforce platform features to meet specific businessrequirements.Developcustom solutions using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Componentsand other Salesforcetechnologies.Implementintegrations with external systems using APIs middleware and otherintegrationtools. QualityAssurance: Define and executetest strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforcesolutions.Performsystem testing user acceptance testing and regression testing asneeded.Identify andresolve issues and bugs in a timelymanner.Documentation andTraining: Document solutiondesigns configurations and customizations for futurereference.Providetraining and support to endusers to ensure successful adoption ofSalesforcesolutions.Createuser manuals training materials and knowledge articles asneeded.ContinuousImprovement: Stay updated on newSalesforce features updates and bestpractices.Identifyopportunities for process improvement and optimization withinSalesforceimplementations.Proactivelyrecommend enhancements and upgrades to existing solutions to meetevolving businessneeds.
