Responsibilities:

Goodknowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement components(Email Studio Mobile Connect Journey Builder Advertising Studioetc) and Marketing Cloud tools (Marketing Cloud IntelligenceMarketing Cloud Personalization Data Cloud).Designs endtoend marketing automation solutions thataddress complex business requirements.Experienced in enablement of outofthebox and customchannels (development of Journey Builder custom activities) anddevelopment of complex omni channel campaigns.Strong understanding of key integration patterns and bestpractices around them including native connectors FTP REST/SOAP APISSJS (including WSProxy). Expertise in guidingclients on the adoption of best practices in marketing automationincluding customer journeys complex omni channel campaigns anddatadriven decisionmaking. Experience incustomization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions withREST API AmpScript and SQL development including email andCloudpage template development Buildout ofinitial engagement campaigns including email templates Cloud PagesAutomation Studio Journey Builder development and InteractionStudio content insertions Support TechnicalArchitect in design and documentation developmentSupport data engineering and system integration workstreams Preparation of Demonstrationorchestrating Proof of Concepts. Acts as asubject matter expert(SME) for salesforce marketingcloud. Proactive problem solving skills andability to suggest trade off on solutions between OOTB and customcode

Skills andExperience:

  • Workexperience 5 years.
  • Deep handson technicalunderstanding of SFMCs data extension architecture and integrationand automation capabilities
  • Handsondevelopment experience with AMP script HTML CSS and preferablyJavaScript
  • Understanding of web / frontenddevelopment languages and principals
  • Abilityto engage in technical discussions with clients
  • Excellent problemsolving skills in articulation ofcomplex problems and solutions in a simple visual and impactfulmanner
  • Experience with different systemintegration
