JobDescription

A Email Marketing Specialist who servesas a platform SME is responsible for understanding businessrequirements and delivering high quality solutions and campaigns.Apart from focusing on campaign delivery and platformadministration you will also involve in multiple analytics andintegrations related projects.

Key JobDuties:

Identify target audience and conduct email marketing campaigns byutilizing features in Salesforce MarketingCloud

Create and upgrade our email templates content blocks landing pagesand lead forms by using graphics personalization HTML & CSSformatting and advanced features such as AMPscript SSJS andEinstein

Develop and maintain SQL and SSJS activities for customersegmentation data manipulation andtransfer

Configure API calls and integration with Salesforce and 3rd partytools when needed

Understand business daily work andserve as a primary point of contact for endusersupport

Conduct data reporting tasks for regular and adhoc marketingperformance reports also work closely with marketing data analyticsteam to improve EDM reports

Trains endusers of the SalesforceMarketing Cloud and create guidelines as per our SalesforceMarketing Cloud strategy

Plan organize and execute testing withbusiness teams and marketing teams

Requirement:

One or more years of experience withSalesforce Marketing Cloud

Experience in development roles withContent Builder Contact Builder Journey Builder Automation StudioCloudPages Analytics andAdministration

Understanding of Salesforce MarketingCloud best practices and functionality of theplatform

Strong knowledge of email and landing page creation with HTML CSSand AMPscript

Experience in automation and data ETLin Salesforce Marketing Cloud with SQL andSSJS

Prior experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP) andSalesforce Marketing Cloud API setup

Knowledge in Audience Builderconfiguration

Ability to communicate effectively withstakeholders in all related tasks andprojects

Ability to multitask and communicate effectively at all levels ofthe organization to evaluate business requests and tackle problemsindependently

Preferred experiences andqualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer ScienceInformation Systems Marketing or a related field other degreeholders will also be considered

Willing to extend knowledge in not onlySalesforce Marketing Cloud but the execution of marketingoperations and integration with otherapplications

Good oral and written communicationskills in English.

Understanding AMP Email is aplus.

Experience in Datorama is a plus.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud EmailSpecialist and / or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developercertification is a plus.
