Overview: TheSalesforce Architect plays a crucial role in our organization bydesigning and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions to meetbusiness needs. This role is responsible for ensuring that ourSalesforce platform is optimized for performance integrations anduser experience.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Design andimplement technical solutions within the Salesforceplatform.
  • Lead the technical design anddevelopment of Salesforceimplementations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholdersto gather requirements and understand businessneeds.
  • Provide expertise on architecture designand development of custom solutions on the Salesforceplatform.
  • Lead technical design sessions andarchitect scalable solutions.
  • Develop andmaintain technical documentation related to the Salesforceplatform.
  • Ensure best practices are followedfor the integrations with othersystems.
  • Participate in the full applicationlife cycle from technical design to development testing anddeployment.
  • Provide technical direction andguidance to junior team members.
  • Managedevelopment teams and provide technicalleadership.
  • Drive architecture and designreviews for upcoming Salesforceprojects.
  • Identify and evaluate new Salesforcetechnologies and thirdpartyapplications.
  • Support the ongoing developmentand enhancement of the Salesforceplatform.
  • Establish and maintain relationshipswith key stakeholders and technicalteams.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide bestpractices guidance.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Engineering or relatedfield.
  • Salesforce Certified System Architect(CSA) certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in Salesforce development andarchitecture.
  • Strong understanding ofSalesforce integration options.
  • Provenexperience in designing and implementing Salesforcesolutions.
  • Expertise in Salesforceconfiguration customization and SecurityControls.
  • Proficient in Salesforce technologiesincluding Apex Visualforce Lightning WebComponents.
  • Experience in data migration anddata integration with Salesforce.
  • Ability toconduct technical analysis and design for complexprojects.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Experience in leading andmentoring technical teams.
  • Knowledge of agiledevelopment methodologies.
  • Ability toprioritize and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
  • Strong problemsolving andanalytical abilities.
  • Experience withSalesforce CPQ and Billing is aplus.
