The Sales Intern supports thesales team in various activities aimed at achieving sales targetsand expanding the customer baseThis position provides an opportunity togain handson experience in sales operations customer engagement andmarket research. The Sales Intern works closely with salesrepresentatives and sales managers to learn about the sales processand contribute to the overall sales efforts of theorganizationKeyResponsibilities:
  • SalesSupport: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such aspreparing sales documents and maintaining customerrecords
  • Providegeneral support in managing sales inquiriesfollowups
  • MarketResearch: Conduct research on industry trends competitors andtarget markets to identify potential prospects and marketopportunities
  • Gatherdata and analyze information to support sales strategies anddecisionmaking
  • LeadGeneration: Assist in lead generation activities by identifyingpotential customers through online research social media platformsand other availableresources
  • Maintain adatabase of leads and prospects for the sales team topursue
  • CustomerEngagement: Participate in customer interactions including phonecalls emails and meetings under the guidance of salesrepresentatives
  • Generatereports and dashboards to visualize sales trends customer behaviorand other relevantinsights
  • SalesPresentations: Contribute to the development of sales presentationsand salescollateral
  • Help createengaging content visuals and product/service demonstrations thateffectively communicate value propositions to potentialcustomers

Qualificationsand Skills:
  • Currentlypursuing a Bachelors degree in business administration marketing ora related field (or recentlygraduated)
  • Stronginterest in sales marketing or businessdevelopment
  • Excellentverbal and written communicationskills
  • Goodinterpersonal skills and ability to build relationships withcustomers andcolleagues
  • Strongorganizational and time managementabilities
  • Detailorientedwith a high level of accuracy in data entry anddocumentation
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications (Word ExcelPowerPoint)
  • Selfmotivatedand eager tolearn
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively within ateam
