Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Training and Onboarding:
    • Conduct training sessions for new claims partners, ensuring understanding of processes and policies.
    • Provide ongoing learning opportunities for team enhancement.
    • Design and deliver training curriculum for team associates.
    • Collaborate with Operations and Quality leaders to enhance productivity.
  • Team Management and Special Projects:
    • Lead a team of audit professionals.
    • Execute IT audit plans and contribute to special projects.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Certification:
    • Relevant degree in Management, Business, Education, or related fields.
    • Certifications such as PMP or PMI are advantageous.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Understanding of technical concepts related to claims processing software.
    • Knowledge of property claims contracts and relevant tools.
  • Experience:
    • Prior project experience, especially in training.
    • Minimum 6 years of experience with 3 years in training roles.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Access databases and strong client relationship management.
