Job Description:

  • Supporting employees with daytoday technical problems
  • Windows operating system installation and configuration, support and maintenance including user account and machine account maintenance on Windows servers
  • Hardware installation, maintenance, and repair including desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and peripherals phone system support
  • Network Connectivity Support (Basic Connectivity Support for all End-User Devices Wired and Wireless)

  • Manage IT asset inventory and documentation
  • End user support through remote tools
  • Account management support
  • Monitor & maintain networkrelated activities including LAN and WAN

  • Take care of user onboarding and off boarding for IT related tasks
  • Contributing to the implementation of mostly cloudbased software solutions

Qualifications:

  • 35 Years in IT Support
  • Graduation + Any Technical certification (MCP, MCSC, MCSA, Linux, Hardware and Networking)
  • Successfully completed vocational training in the IT environment
  • Should have knowledge of any IT support/Service desk tool (Ex. Jira, Zendesk)
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Great analytical and problemsolving skills help in resolving the issue faster
  • Strong troubleshooting, diagnosing skills to resolve technical issues
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and network troubleshooting
  • Experience in dealing with customers in the hotline and onsite
  • Ability to learn, work in a team and work on changing technologies
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Solutionoriented approach to challenges and a dynamic demeanor
  • Empathic and friendly demeanor as well as a strong service orientation
