Marketing Manager (Graphic Design)

Location: Remote (preferably in a Metropolitan city like Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata)

Compensation: ₹6–9 LPA + performance-based bonus

About Open Door

At Open Door, we are helping teachers in asking good questions in their classrooms. Our products are used by schools across India to drive deeper thinking in classrooms. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of all our marketing work and help make Open Door a thought leader in education.

What You'll Do

  • Run complete marketing campaigns and keep improving them.
  • Build our brand and generate leads for four products.
  • Grow and engage our community of school leaders and teachers.
  • Create case studies from partner schools to showcase impact.
  • Share our story across platforms, run ads, and expand into new channels.
  • Work closely with our internal teams and schools to design useful content.

What We're Looking For

  • You are strong at graphic design.
  • You believe in what Open Door is doing.
  • You're eager to learn new marketing skills (like video editing).
  • You have good communication skills. Good writing skills is a bonus.
  • You can work independently with no micro-management, reporting directly to the Co-founder.
