Position: Social Media Lead – D2C
Location: Andheri East, MIDC, Mumbai
Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Social Media Lead to own and scale Foxtale's D2C social presence. In this role, you will lead strategy, content, and engagement across platforms, driving brand awareness, community growth, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Own end-to-end content planning and execution: campaign calendars, storytelling, reels, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with creative, performance marketing, and brand teams to ensure integrated campaigns across all D2C touchpoints.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions), making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to keep Foxtale ahead of the curve.
- Manage social listening, brand reputation, and crisis communication on all platforms.
- Build and nurture an active online community, fostering loyalty and advocacy among Foxtale users.
- Coordinate with influencers and creators to drive high-impact collaborations that amplify D2C sales and brand love.
- 5+ years of experience managing social media for D2C brands, preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of driving engagement and follower growth across multiple social platforms.
- Strong understanding of content trends, analytics, and paid social strategies.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using social media management tools
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
