About the Role  

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Lead to spearhead enterprise-level B2B SaaS sales initiatives. You will be responsible for driving new business growth, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic account management and consultative selling. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Enterprise Sales Ownership: Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients within the assigned territory/industry verticals. 
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and partnerships. 
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client business needs and pain points to propose customized SaaS solutions that deliver measurable ROI. 
  • Deal Negotiation & Closure: Drive end-to-end sales cycles including proposal creation, pricing, contract negotiation, and closing deals. 
  • Account Management: Foster long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client growth. 
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies. 

Required Skills & Experience  

  • 4–8 years of B2B Enterprise Sales experience in SaaS / technology products. 
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and enterprise procurement processes. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers in complex enterprise environments. 
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) — knowledge of CRM tools will be considered an added advantage . 
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
