About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Value Offering Associate to join our NET Exam team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in curating and enhancing the learning experience for NET aspirants by ensuring the content quality, educator support, and student satisfaction remain top-notch. Your contributions will directly impact thousands of students aspiring to qualify for UGC NET.
Responsibilities:
- Curate value-driven offerings including test series, study plans, crash courses, and live revision sessions tailored to UGC NET Paper 1 & Paper 2 subjects.
- Collaborate with top educators to conceptualize and execute engaging academic initiatives that align with syllabus updates and learner needs.
- Monitor student performance and feedback to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
- Track and analyze platform data to identify learning gaps and propose actionable solutions.
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure timely execution and visibility of all value-based programs.
- Stay updated with NTA guidelines, syllabus changes, and exam trends to ensure offerings are exam-relevant.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Humanities, Social Sciences, or Education).
- 1-2 years of experience in EdTech, academic content, or test prep (NET experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of the NET syllabus and exam structure.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Passionate about education and learner success.
