About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, taxation, and compliance across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing investor reporting, regulatory filings, financial modelling, and audit coordination for a portfolio of real estate SPVs and the parent company.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare and review books of accounts for the parent company and multiple SPVs.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards to the management and investors.
  • Coordinate and finalize statutory financial statements for over 30+ entities, including LLPs.
  • Supervise third-party accountants to ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual GST and TDS filings for the company and its SPVs.
  • Handle issuance and verification of Forms 15G, 15H, and TRC via CRM.
  • Apply for and manage lower withholding tax certificates (197) to improve cash flows.
  • Respond to and resolve Income Tax and GST department notices (e.g., DRC-01, ASMT-10)

Audit & Regulatory

  • Lead audit planning and execution with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely completion of GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C returns and statutory audits.
  • Manage end-to-end due diligence processes for new acquisitions or restructuring, coordinating with Big 4 consultants and sellers.

Financial Modeling & Strategy

  • Build IRR, yield, and cash flow models to assist with real estate asset evaluation, acquisitions, and exits.
  • Contribute to investor presentations and transaction structuring discussions.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • CA qualification with strong knowledge of accounting standards, Income Tax, and GST
