Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (ITSM / HRSD / Integrations)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM, HRSD, and third-party integrations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions to support enterprise workflows and automation initiatives. This role involves hands-on development, platform configuration, API integration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and HRSD modules.Build and customize Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Workflows, Flow Designer flows, and Business Rules.Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and web services.Configure and customize HRSD components: Lifecycle Events, Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, and HR Knowledge Base.Implement and optimize ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, and CMDB.Write and maintain scripts (Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Glide scripting).Conduct Unit Testing/UAT and troubleshoot platform issues.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.Maintain platform documentation, update release notes, and support upgrades.
