About the Role:

The HRBP Professional will lead, coordinate, and manage a variety of HR-related projects to support our " Tech - Product"

organization's strategic HR objectives. This role requires an individual with expertise in project management, HR best practices, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure successful project execution, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget constraints.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple HR projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

HRBP - Tier 1 MBA Graduate, 2017 & Onwards Batch, from Tech Product Ecosystem.

Strategic HR Partnership:Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.Identify talent needs, workforce planning, and succession planning in partnership with business leaders.Drive change management initiatives to support business transformations.

Talent Management & Development:Support recruitment efforts by partnering with talent acquisition teams to attract top talent.Facilitate onboarding and integration programs to ensure a seamless employee experience.Implement and manage performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.Design and execute learning and development programs tailored to employee and business needs.

Employee Engagement & Culture:Foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and collaboration.Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.Conduct regular employee pulse surveys and implement action plans based on feedback.Address and resolve employee relations issues with a focus on fairness and compliance.

HR Operations & Compliance:Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Develop and implement HR policies and best practices.Work closely with HR centers of excellence (COEs) to deliver HR services effectively.Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.

Who you are:

Qualifications:

Education:Master’s degree from Premium B Schools in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) are a plus.

Experience:3+ years of experience in HRBP experience within the

Tech Product space .Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional HR projects End to End.Experience with HR software and systems, such as HRIS, talent management platforms, or payroll systems.

Skills:Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining a collaborative approach.High level of attention to detail and quality control.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
