JOB - ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESRole, Duties and ResponsibilitiesPartner with client managers to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives.Lead human resources functions through COE’s including recruitment, compensation, performance management, development and leveraging best practices and shared services across business platform.Assess organizational needs of operating, business and functional units. Drive alignment within the business units to provide role and functional group clarity among roles.Work collaboratively on the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies to meet business needs and program goals.Act as an organizational coach, who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with business to maximize team performance.Collaborate with managers to design and implement the most effective organizational structures.Provide timely, effective and direct coaching to managers, assisting in the development of world class, contemporary leadership skills.Provide strategic coaching to key employees as related to career path development, and performance managementLead talent assessment that are under the scope of the role including identifying key employee strengths and development needs in order to select, retain and develop key talent.Lead client group through critical HR operating rhythms such as annual talent reviews, salary planning and performance management.Develop and drive strategies to attract, develop, engage and retain strong and diverse talent.Work with leaders and employees to create a positive and engaging work environment.Annually drive employer of choice initiatives based on feedback from the Employee Satisfaction Survey.Data Analytics: Analysing data and develop plans to directly impact the metrics (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Performance Management)Managing Employee Relations, HR Operations, Engagement & ManagementFoster and drive a performance driven culture.
