We are NOT looking for someone who treats this as "just another sales job."

We want a true closer – someone who thrives on targets, is hungry to win, and knows how to turn interest into commitment. You should have the ability to sell anything – whether it's a luxury product, a life-changing program, or a vision.

What You'll Do
  • Own the sales process from lead contact to final enrolment – no hand-holding.
  • Call, email, and message inbound & outbound leads from across the world.
  • Conduct Zoom/Google Meet consultations to address queries and convert interest into confirmed bookings.
  • Manage the CRM and ensure no lead is left behind.
  • Understand our offerings deeply to sell the value – not just the price.
  • Work with urgency – when a lead is hot, you move faster than their doubts.
  • Report daily on leads, conversions, and targets.
What We Expect
  • Proven sales track record – show us numbers, not stories.
  • Excellent spoken & written English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Experience in high-ticket or international sales is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable – you run your own game.
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills – no fear of rejection.
  • High ownership – this is not a clock-in, clock-out role.
  • Comfortable working across time zones (flexible hours).
