Job Title

We are seeking a senior leader to drive our strategic growth, market penetration, and revenue generation across the African continent. This role requires a dynamic executive with deep business-to-business sales expertise, proven ability to engage senior decision-makers, and a track record of building sustainable growth through strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and market growth strategy for Africa in alignment with our global objectives.
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring, developing, and retaining enterprise, channel, government, and academic clients and partners.
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with chief executive officers, policy-makers, institutional leaders, and strategic partners.
- Lead the complete business-to-business sales cycle through prospecting, consultative discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closure of large-scale opportunities.
- Clearly articulate the business value and return on investment of our solutions in the context of customer challenges, industry needs, and evolving cybersecurity trends.
- Deliver impactful demos, executive briefings, and tailored presentations for enterprise and institutional clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure customer success, seamless onboarding, and long-term engagement.
- Track industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to refine market approach and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in business-to-business sales, preferably within cybersecurity, IT training, software-as-a-service, or technology solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex, high-value business-to-business deals and engage with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to effectively map client needs to technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a track record of independently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
