Job description:Urgently Looking for the Smart & skilled Female Back Office Assistant at the location of Greater Noida. Having working experience in CGD/Manufacturing sector would be an added-advantage.

Experience: 2-3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for daily administrative assistance, back office operations, communication, customer service, and analytical skills.

Preparing quotations, preparing reports and managing other clerical works.

Should be good in email writing, must be excellent in communication along with writing skills.

Handling Documentation work

  • Handling basic BDE work
  • Strong back office operations and administrative assistance skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience in the gas, oil, or energy industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Fluency in Hindi and English is required
