Job title: Sales & Lead Generation Location: Kolkata, Onsite Employment Type: Full time Experience : 3-5 years Salary: Upto 40,000/- (Based on expeirence) Shift: UK Shift About the Role: We are seeking a results-oriented Cold Outreach Email & Lead Generation Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in building and executing high-performing cold outreach campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in cold email strategy, prospecting, list building, domain health management, and multi-channel outreach. This role is perfect for someone who understands the science behind deliverability, personalization, targeting, and generating qualified leads at scale. Responsibilities: Cold Outreach Email Build, launch, and optimize high-volume cold email campaigns with strong attention to segmentation, personalization, and messaging. Conduct A/B testing, inbox placement monitoring, and continuous optimization to maximize open, reply, and conversion rates. Maintain strong domain health, set up warm-up processes, manage IP reputation, and ensure high deliverability. Develop and refine personalized outreach templates and multi-step sequences for maximum engagement. Monitor campaign KPIs and regularly refine targeting strategies to improve performance. Lead Generation & Multi-Channel Outreach Source, verify, and enrich leads using Apollo, Lusha, Smartlead, Instantly, Crunchbase, Overloop, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Build targeted prospect lists aligned with ICPs and campaign goals. Execute outreach across Email, LinkedIn, and other channels to maximize conversion opportunities. Collaborate closely with sales teams to hand off qualified leads and support pipeline growth. CRM & Funnel Management Manage leads in Zoho CRM and Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and follow-ups. Improve outreach workflows, lead scoring, and nurturing funnels. Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Excel, and outreach platforms. Provide insights on open rates, bounce rates, spam triggers, reply quality, and conversions. Continuously optimize based on data-driven insights. Required Skills : 3–5 years of hands-on experience with cold email outreach, lead generation, or outbound marketing. Strong understanding of deliverability, domain setup, DNS records, spam filters, and inbox placement. Proficiency in outreach automation tools (Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Overloop, etc.). Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce). Strong copywriting skills for crafting compelling cold emails. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience with email warm-up tools, domain rotation, and multivariate outreach testing. Basic understanding of HTML for email formatting. Familiarity with international B2B outreach compliance guidelines. Knowledge of predictive lead scoring or AI-driven personalization tools.
