Field Service Engineer (3 to 5 Years of Exp)Overview:

Professional Training and Qualifications:Professional training in mechatronics, image processing, electrical engineering, or information electronics.Preferably possess a bachelor's or master's degree in physics or optical systems, with relevant professional experience.Strong analytical skills and a structured, independent work approach.Customer Service:Provide prompt and professional technical service to international customers.Take ownership of installation, conversions, regular maintenance, and repair of inspection machines.Instruct customers' employees in the commissioning and operation of machines.Deliver sales-supporting technical consultation for our services.Document service calls accurately.Technical Expertise:Specialize in installation and commissioning of machinery.Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.3 to 5 years of experience in Inspection Vision Systems and Packaging Machines
