Our mission is to empower businesses through exceptional people and empower professionals through exceptional opportunities.We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter based in the Netherlands to join our growing international team.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across the Netherlands and Europe.Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.).Build and maintain a strong pipeline of local talent for contract, permanent, and temporary roles.Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.Work closely with the Business Development and Delivery teams to ensure successful placements.Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and labor market insights in the Netherlands.Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably IT, engineering, healthcare, or finance sectors).Strong understanding of the Dutch job market and hiring regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English is mandatory; Dutch is a strong plus).Proven ability to manage multiple job openings and priorities.Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.Familiarity with CRM or ATS tools is an added advantage.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience with international recruitment or European clients.Ability to work across different time zones and collaborate with a global team.Understanding of visa/work permit processes in the Netherlands (bonus).What We Offer:Competitive base salary or commission-based structure (depending on experience).Remote/hybrid working flexibility.Global exposure and growth opportunities.Supportive and collaborative international team.Performance-based incentives and bonuses.How to Apply:Send your updated CV to [sravanthi@nteksol.com/6303493274] with the subject line: “Application – Netherlands Recruiter”.
