We are investing to build a TALENT INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM that will significantly impact how we go to market and execute leadership searches.

As an Associate - Talent Intelligence at XQtiv, you will play a crucial role in this transition. While being part of the Search team, where you will execute global search mandates, you will also be building high-quality candidate datasets to be further deployed on platform. Once you have achieved maturity as a search consultant, you will pivot to deploying your expertise and depth in platform adoption on the dataset that you have built and taking it to market.

This is an on – site role in our office in Powai, Mumbai.

Specifically, we seek expertise in:

  • Strategic Research and Analysis

  • Support Business Development

Table Stakes

  • Microsoft Office particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI etc.
  • Adept in research and insight generation/ synthesis
  • Understanding of business fundamentals as well as complex business contexts
  • Professional maturity to interact with senior executives
  • Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities
