Description:
As a Talent Data Analytics Associate within the Firmwide HR Talent Data and Analytics Team, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and visualization to promote insights and support strategic HR initiatives. You will develop interactive dashboards using Tableau, utilize Alteryx for advanced analytics, and write SQL queries to analyze data, collaborating with HR stakeholders to enhance talent management strategies. Job responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize HR data and provide actionable insights.
- Utilize Alteryx for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics to support HR decision-making processes.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that enhance talent management strategies.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving HR processes and outcomes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while adhering to best practices and company policies.
- Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Human Resources or any other).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Strong experience with Alteryx for data preparation and analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
