Growth Marketing Manager

We are seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at RevOps+HubSpot Diamond partner consultants. Our goal is to help companies utilize HubSpot to streamline and enhance their sales, marketing, and business operations.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.

You will work closely with our cross-functional team to improve SEO practices, organic search visibility, and traffic through on-page and off-page optimization techniques.

  • Paid Marketing Campaigns:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
  • Continuously work on reducing CPA while maintaining or improving lead quality.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with team's cross-functionally to improve SEO practices, organic search visibility, and traffic through on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
    • Work closely with sales teams to develop and refine ABM strategies, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
      • Lead Generation Strategies:
      • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads > MQLs > SQLs.
      • Create, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic and leads.
        • Innovation and Optimization:
        • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in B2B and SaaS marketing, incorporating innovative approaches into our marketing mix.
        • Design and execute A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of at least 3 years in performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and SEO.
  • Experience with lead generation, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • CRM certifications are highly desirable.
