With over three decades of experience, we are trusted by wholesalers and distributors worldwide for redefining elegance and enriching living spaces through innovative and timeless creations.Role Description — Factory HR ManagerThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Human Resources Manager at Curio Group’s Noida manufacturing facility. The Factory HR Manager will be responsible for managing the labour workforce, maintaining discipline, attendance, and compliance, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment on the shop floor.Key responsibilities include handling worker recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.), grievance redressal, and labour welfare activities. The role requires strong people management and conflict-resolution skills and a deep understanding of factory HR operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily workforce attendance, discipline, and shift schedulingHandle recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of factory staff and workersEnsure compliance with labour laws and maintain statutory records (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)Address grievances, disputes, and absenteeism in a fair and effective mannerConduct safety, hygiene, and welfare initiatives for the workforceLiaise with government departments, contractors, and labour consultantsSupport production and management teams in maintaining harmony and efficiency on the floorDrive training and skill-development programs for workersQualificationsStrong knowledge of labour laws, factory compliance, and workforce managementExperience handling blue-collar workforce in a manufacturing setupExcellent discipline management and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle high-pressure environments and resolve conflicts tactfullyExperience in metal, glass, or home décor manufacturing is preferredBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Welfare, or Industrial RelationsArmy background preferred for leadership and discipline orientation
