Job descriptionExcellent Opening for Human Resource Business Partner at Transsion Holdings A) PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:-The primary responsibility is to HRBP role will contribute to company's performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on people and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives. Performs HR related duties at the professional level while supporting more than one functional group.To work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HRBPs to shape, develop and deliver HR Plans and solutions in line with the needs. Operating as the departmental HR Expert, to advise, guide and support staff and managers by providing high level people management and development support around designated directories.B) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-Partners with leadership to align HR Strategy to business strategy.Will act as a change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation.Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HRBPs and peers to develop solutions, programs and policies.Provide coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relation issues, policy interpretation and application, talent management and development and organizational design consultation.Co-facilitation of new employee orientation program for new hires.Support annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management, bonus, Incentive, benefits etc.Evaluates issues, patterns and trends to provide proactive insights for HR solution and program designs.Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR Spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.Taking a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring risks and issues are identified, addressed and reported.Understand and anticipate the need for change, diagnose the underlying issues and build the case for change with the stakeholders.Assessing the quality of review meetings and working closely with the people and organization development partner to identify support and training needs.C) Skills/ Experience Required:-Strong track record of developing and implementing policy, experienced in implementing HR Strategy.Experience of working in partnership with stakeholders including managers, employees or external partners.Experience of managing and improving the employee relations.Managing change projects and programs.Experience in delivering strategic priorities within strict timelines.Develop workforce plan that reflects organization/departmental needs.D) Required Behaviors/ Competencies:-Strong analytical skills.Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize work to deadlines and pay attention to detail.Ability to analyze complex information and recommend solutions.Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and information to a range of audience and stakeholders.Skilled analytical thinker with ability to critically assess requirements and select best fit approach to meet HR needs.
