Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Associate with at least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with female creators in the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion space. This role will be responsible for supporting influencer campaigns, managing creator relationships, and helping drive brand awareness through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, vet, and manage relationships with female creators who align with the brand.
· Execute influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
· Manage product seeding to ensure positive creator experiences.
· Draft influencer briefs, outreach communication, and campaign guidelines.
· Track influencer deliverables, deadlines, and performance metrics.
· Maintain an updated influencer database and campaign reporting systems.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer content with product launches and promotions.
· Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent.
Requirements
· Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand industry.
· Proven experience working with female creators.
· Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
· Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and campaign tracking.
· Passion for beauty, haircare, and social media trends.
· Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience in beauty, haircare, or fashion brands.
· Knowledge of paid and barter influencer amplification or affiliate programs.
· A creative eye for influencer content and storytelling.
