The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, handling client requirements independently. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, excellent client interaction skills, and a proven track record of successful closures.Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding). - Handle client requirements independently and maintain strong relationships. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. - Conduct in-depth candidate assessments based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Manage and prioritize multiple mandates within deadlines. - Maintain candidate database and ensure proper documentation. - Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and quality-of-hire. - Participate in employer branding, campus drives, and recruitment initiatives.Requirements: - Graduate in any discipline (HR/Business preferred). - 1 – 2 years of recruitment experience (consultancy/agency background preferred). - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Team handling or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.What We Offer: - Competitive salary + performance-based incentives. - Career growth path: Senior Recruiter → Team Lead → Recruitment Manager. - Exposure to diverse industries and clients. - Supportive and collaborative work culture.
