Join MSBC as a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Build High-Performing Tech TeamsWe’re seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to help MSBC attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent—especially across IT roles. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, and deliver a stellar candidate experience while maintaining accurate, timely recruitment documentation.Key Tools & PlatformsApplicant Tracking & HR Systems: ATS (internal database), HRIS, offer & onboarding trackersSourcing & Outreach: LinkedIn/LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (e.G., Naukri, Indeed), social media communities, referrals, agenciesAssessment & Scheduling: Online assessment tools, calendaring tools, virtual meeting platformsProductivity: Google Workspace/Microsoft Office (Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel, Slides/PowerPoint), email, documentation tools.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare clear, inclusive job descriptions and person specifications tailored to each role and team needPost and manage job ads on relevant portals; track posting status, response rates, and conversion metricsSource and screen candidates: resume review, outreach, phone/virtual screens, shortlist creation, reference checks; maintain accurate, timely records in the ATS/internal databaseHeadhunt in niche/critical cases; identify and engage passive candidates through social platforms and networks; coordinate with recruitment agencies as neededSchedule interviews and manage logistics end-to-end; brief and debrief candidates before/after interviews; ensure consistent communication and follow‑upsCollaborate with IT hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and success profilesConduct initial technical screening/assessments (as applicable) to evaluate skills and cultural alignmentStay current on in‑demand IT skills and market trends to adapt sourcing strategiesManage vendor relationships (agencies, platforms) and monitor performance/SLAsMaintain confidentiality and uphold data accuracy, compliance, and a high‑quality candidate experience throughout the processTrack and report pipeline health and time‑to‑fill, and proactively drive actions to efficiently and effectively close open positions.Skills & QualificationsStrong English communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder managementSolid computer proficiency (databases/ATS, spreadsheets, documents, scheduling tools)High ownership, flexibility, and professional work ethic; comfortable learning new tools and processesExcellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work with all levels of management and handle sensitive informationUnderstanding of IT roles/technologies and the ability to align candidate profiles with hiring requirementsProven ability to partner with IT hiring managers and engage effectively with technical talentGrowth mindset and drive to advance within a dynamic, challenging environment.About MSBC GroupMSBC Group has been a trusted technology partner for over 20 years, delivering AI-powered software solutions across industries such as financial services, logistics, construction, and startups.
