Join our agile, fast-growing team where your talent drives real impact.Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads while also managing social media accounts to build strong brand presence and engagement. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can independently handle end-to-end campaign execution, optimize for performance, and deliver measurable business results.You will play a critical role in driving leads, conversions, ROI, and brand visibility for both our company and diverse clientele by leveraging innovative targeting strategies, creative ad execution, and advanced optimization techniques.Responsibilities:Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.Manage and grow company and client social media accounts across multiple platforms.Define targeting strategies including demographics, interests, geographies, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, sales, and engagement.Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.Monitor, analyze, and improve key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and CPM.Collaborate with the design and content team to create high-performing ad creatives and engaging social content.Generate detailed campaign and social media performance reports with insights and recommendations.Stay updated on platform policies, trends, algorithms, and new ad formats.Ensure budget efficiency and maximize ROI across campaigns.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2–4 years of proven experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads, along with social media account management.Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, bidding models, and attribution.Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and UTM tracking.Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.Experience in social media growth strategies, content planning, and engagement tactics.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and ability to work independently.Employee Benefits & Perks:Flexible Scheduling: Balance your work around life’s commitments.Paid Time Off: Recharge and relax with our paid leave policy.Paid Sick Leaves: Your health comes first; recover with our paid sick leave policy.Remote Work Opportunities: Enjoy flexibility in your work environment.Performance Bonuses: We value and reward outstanding contributions.We appreciate your interest in this opportunity and look forward to hearing from you.
