About Us: We are a UK-based online diamond jewelry brand specializing in diamond rings, earrings, and pendants. While our business operates in the UK, we manage all operations from India. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, calls, and order follow-ups with a high level of professionalism and fluency in English. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat. Provide order updates, assist with product queries, and manage post-sales support. Communicate confidently with UK-based customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Resolve customer complaints, process returns/exchanges, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams (order processing, accounts, and IT) for seamless service. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on pending issues. Requirements: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a neutral or UK-accented tone. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably handling UK/US clients. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Confident and professional phone etiquette to ensure a seamless UK customer experience. Strong email writing skills with proper grammar and clarity. Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and work under minimal supervision.
