Job Description

McDonald's has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, People Experience (Restaurant Digital Engagement) role based in our India Global Business Services Office. You will be responsible for supporting the deployment and execution of change management strategies and facilitating the successful adoption of new employee engagement and experience platforms across global restaurant staff.

The candidate is expected to reside in India.

Responsibilities:

In addition to following McDonald's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Engagement Tool Creation and Enhancements:

• Support in the creation of comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, data models, and process maps for Restaurant Employee engagement tools
• Support the Manager Restaurant Digital Engagement in assessing the effectiveness and suitability of existing Employee Experience tools, and recommend enhancements or replacements as needed

Engagement Tool Management:

• Help manage comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, data models, and process maps for Restaurant Employee engagement tools
• Support the ongoing management of collaboration and engagement tools, ensuring Restaurant Employees are actively engaged and informed of new GP program initiatives

Engagement Tool Coordination and Adoption:

• Support in the coordination of the employment and execution of change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of new employee engagement and experience platforms, planning key stakeholder meetings and creating project timelines
• Serve as a subject matter expert for employee engagement tools, helping to ensure Restaurant Employee Engagement tools comply with regulatory requirements and maintain data security and privacy standards

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Experience working in Human Resources, Employee Experience, or Restaurant Digital Engagement
• Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure
• Experience working across many countries and cultures
• Understands the needs and challenges of global leaders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of Restaurant Digital Engagement systems trends, regulations, and best practices
