Job Title: Factory HR / HR Executive – Manufacturing UnitLocation: [Factory Location – Gandimaisamma]Department: Human ResourcesJob Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a dedicated Factory HR Executive to manage and support all HR functions at our manufacturing unit. The role involves handling recruitment, attendance, compliance, employee relations, and coordination with head office HR to ensure smooth factory operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage attendance, timekeeping, and payroll coordination for factory employees.Handle recruitment and onboarding of factory and technical staff (operators, technicians, supervisors).Maintain employee records, personal files, and statutory documents.Ensure compliance with labour laws and factory regulations (ESI, PF, etc.).Coordinate training, safety programs, and employee engagement activities.Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and resolve employee issues.Support factory management in manpower planning and shift scheduling.Prepare and share HR reports with Head Office.Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.Requirements:Qualification: MBA / PGDM / Graduate in HR or related field.Experience: 2–6 years of HR experience in a manufacturing / production / factory setup.Skills:Knowledge of factory HR operations & statutory compliance.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.Language: Local language fluency preferred (Telugu / Hindi / English).Perks and Benefits:Competitive salary + performance incentives.Opportunity for career growth in HR operations.Interested candidates can share their resumes at:📩 hr@prakom.in📞 +91 91001 07841
