
Head of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our growth strategy across B2B and B2C channels in the premium and luxury fashion segment. This role requires a deep understanding of the fashion industry, customer behavior, brand building, and revenue generation through creative and performance-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B and B2C sales strategy to meet revenue targets in luxury/bespoke fashion.
- Build and manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL, digital, influencer, PR) to enhance brand visibility.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships for expansion.
- Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team, aligning them with business goals.
- Oversee brand positioning, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Key Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in fashion, apparel, or luxury retail.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and scaling brands.
- Strong networking skills with fashion buyers, retailers, and high-value clients.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, PR, and luxury brand communication.
- Leadership experience in managing teams and building high-performance cultures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel for business development, fashion events, and exhibitions.
