Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Head to lead our IT AMC services sales efforts for end-user and enterprise devices across the North India region.
- Based in Delhi, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving significant revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong client relationships.
- This role requires a proven leader with a deep understanding of the IT services market, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to effectively manage and mentor a team of sales managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy for IT AMC services to achieve and exceed sales targets in North India.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing client relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Revenue Generation:
- Drive aggressive sales of IT AMC services for desktops, laptops, servers, networking devices, printers, and other end-user and enterprise IT hardware.
- Personally engage in key client negotiations, deal closures, and strategic account management.
- Ensure the sales team consistently meets and exceeds individual and regional sales quotas.
Team Management and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of experienced Sales Managers.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
- Set clear performance objectives for the team and individual sales managers, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and customer success.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key enterprise and end-user clients.
- Understand client needs and effectively position Team Computers' IT AMC services as a value-added solution.
- Act as a primary point of contact for strategic clients and resolve any escalated issues effectively.
