Join us as we continue to grow and innovate in the mental health spaceAbout the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who’s eager to learn and contribute across various HR functions, especially recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is a hands-on learning opportunity to understand how HR supports people in a purpose-driven mental health organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the end-to-end recruitment processMaintain and update employee records and HR databases (new hires, changes, exits, etc.)Support onboarding of new hires: preparing documentation, orientation scheduling, and liaising with other departments for a smooth joiningAssist in employee engagement and internal HR initiatives/eventsHandle basic employee queriesHelp with administrative HR workStay updated with labour laws / basic HR compliance practices relevant for India (or local region) and assist in compliance tasks as needed. Any other ad-hoc HR projects as assignedSkills & QualificationsPursuing or recently completed a Master's in Business AdministrationStrong interest in HR and willingness to learn and assist across multiple HR domainsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood organisational skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectivelyComfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems is a plusProfessional work ethic, willingness to handle confidential information with discretionWhat is it like working at Amaha?The learning opportunities are limitless, and we guarantee an exciting and transparent work culture.
