GTM Engineer (m/f/d) – Full Time, RemoteWe’re looking for a GTM Engineer to help us build, automate and scale the outbound and growth systems behind our clients’ sales pipelines. You’ll work at the intersection of data, automation, AI and GTM strategy, using tools like Clay, N8N and Make and custom logic to build workflows that drive real results.What you will do:Build and optimize GTM workflows and automations (Clay, Zapier, Make)Own data pipelines for enrichment, intent signals, segmentation and suppressionImprove outbound email and campaign performanceEnsure data quality, build logic, and analyze performanceCreate internal tools that scale personalization and reportingWork closely with founders, sales and marketing to drive measurable revenueWhat you bring:Experience in GTM, Growth, Automation Engineering, Product, Ops or similarStrong technical skills (ideally some coding and understanding of SQL / data logic)Proven track record of building automations or systems that created business impactBuilder mindset: curious, structured, fast problem-solverExcellent communication skills (English required, German a plus)Why this role:Build the GTM infrastructure of multiple high-growth B2B companiesDeep expertise in Clay and modern GTM engineeringDirect collaboration with foundersFully remote, flexible working environmentCompetitive compensation plus performance bonus
