Job Description
Role: Business Development Associate
We are seeking ambitious Business Development Associates to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Generating and qualifying leads
- Promoting our innovative learning programs
- Building and nurturing strong client relationships
- Driving customer satisfaction and conversions
This position requires high energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for sales. Prior experience in Ed Tech sales—especially in promoting English and Math programs for children aged 4–15—will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
- Proactively generate and qualify leads using various sales techniques, including cold calling.
- Build meaningful relationships with prospective customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into satisfied customers.
2. Program Promotion & Sales Execution
- Promote and sell our educational programs, with a strong focus on English-speaking, writing, and math learning for children.
- Confidently communicate program benefits and unique features to parents and other key decision-makers.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.
4. Target Achievement
- Consistently work towards achieving monthly enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies and improve overall sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven ability in cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Experience in selling or promoting educational programs for children aged 4–15.
- Excellent customer relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales and meeting targets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a keen interest in the Ed Tech sector.
- A team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
