• Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry and maintenance of employee personal and job-related information in PeopleSoft and HCM system • Provide specialized support tailored to the unique needs and compliance requirements of each region we serve. • Conduct regular audits and data validation to maintain the highest standards of data quality and integrity. • Work closely with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve data management practices. • Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive employee information. • Accurately analyze and update employee data in PeopleSoft/HCM, ensuring completeness and performing basic accuracy checks as per established processes. • Work on daily Business-As-Usual (BAU) reports and Data Integrity reports to maintain high data quality standards. • Act as a point of contact for requestors, addressing data-related queries and providing necessary assistance. • Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned requests, and follow up to ensure all requests are closed to completion. • Communicate effectively with clients to minimize follow-ups and ensure clarity in data handling processes. • Contribute to key initiatives and projects, providing support and testing during HR enhancement projects.
