Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support and manage various HR functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes. The role requires strong communication skills, a people-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams.

  2. Handle onboarding processes and ensure accurate documentation of new joiners.

  3. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and payroll inputs.

  4. Monitor attendance, leaves, and support payroll preparations.

  5. Facilitate communication between employees and management, addressing HR-related queries.

  6. Plan and support employee engagement activities and internal events.

  7. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and ensuring compliance with company standards.

  8. Coordinate performance review processes and probation evaluations.

  9. Ensure compliance with basic labour laws and company HR procedures.

10.Handle basic administrative tasks including procurement, office supplies management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance support.

Requirements:

  1. 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or similar roles.

  2. Master's degree in any discipline; HR specialization is an added advantage.

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  6. Basic knowledge of HR operations, recruitment tools, or HRMS software is an added advantage.

  7. Candidates from Madurai are highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
