Your Mission

As our Lean – Site Continuous Improvement Leader, you'll be the driving force behind elevating performance, streamlining operations, and embedding a mindset of innovation across the site. You'll lead improvement initiatives, coach teams, and deliver measurable impact through lean methodologies and strategic project execution.

What You Bring

  • 12–15 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement roles
  • Deep expertise in lean tools, project management, and data-driven decision making
  • Strong planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
