Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive, you'll be the voice and architect of Ayur.ai's outreach, raising awareness and driving user acquisition for AiWell and related solutions. You'll collaborate across tech, content, and product teams, shaping the brand's narrative in the health-tech and holistic wellness space.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct market research, identifying target personas and emerging wellness trends.

-Assist in crafting and executing digital marketing campaigns via social media, blogs, email, and partnerships.

-Collaborate in content creation—articles, visuals, SEO-friendly blogs, and influencer/customer engagement content.

-Drive lead generation, including outreach to influencers, wellness practitioners, and potential B2B partners.

-Monitor digital performance (using tools like Google Analytics), track KPIs, and refine marketing tactics accordingly.

-Support product positioning—highlighting Ayur.ai's unique fusion of Ayurveda and AI.

Aid in organizing webinars, events, and medical camp engagements for brand visibility.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

-1–3 years of experience in digital marketing—bonus points for health-tech or wellness sectors.

-Strong written and verbal communication (English required)

-Familiarity with social media platforms, content tools, email campaigns, and analytics.

-Proactive, creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work in agile environments.

Preferred Skills

-Experience or interest in Ayurveda, integrative medicine, or wellness tech.

-Basic product marketing or branding experience for apps or tech products.

-Collaborative spirit and ability to adapt across interdisciplinary teams.
