Role Description

  • Drive performance marketing initiatives to achieve CPQL (Cost per Qualified Lead) and revenue targets
  • Manage all social media channels, ensuring engaging content, consistent branding and engagement
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across apps and web from concept to execution
  • Oversee brand identity and consistency across all touchpoints and regions
  • Implement full-funnel optimization strategies - from awareness to conversion to maximize ROI
  • Design and produce promotional materials such as banners, emails, and landing pages for traffic generation and affiliate engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to align marketing efforts with overall company growth objectives
  • Present monthly campaign performance reports, including KPIs, spend, and lead generation metrics, to senior management
  • Conduct data-driven reviews to evaluate and improve marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor marketing activity

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing (B2B preferred)
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, WebEngage, and social media advertising platforms
  • Creative thinker with a strong visual sense and exceptional copywriting skills
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, comfortable analyzing metrics and pivoting strategy
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects
  • You will be based in our Kuala Lumpur office - relocation support will be provided to ensure smooth transition

Salary: RM 120,000 to RM 160,000 per annum
